Here are some of the duties in your role as Buyer Agent:

DUTIES:
• Assisting clients with home search questionnaire
• Explaining financing programs and options
• Matching clients with a lender or mortgage broker
• Arranging appointments with owners or property managers
• Showing properties
• Completing purchase contracts.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:
• CURRENT Florida real estate license (active or current inactive)
• ONE YEAR real estate sales experience -OR- TWO YEARS in customer service or sales experience
• BI-LINGUAL is a plus
