Here are some of the duties in your role as a Recruiter/Trainer:
DUTIES:
- Contacting and tracking real estate license students via phone, email, and social media to field their questions about real estate licensing, recruitment and real estate careers
- Attending the firm’s sponsored local job fairs and local networking events
- Marketing and recruiting through social media, direct mail, and Open Houses
- Reviewing candidate applications and resumes
- Arranging phone and in-person appointments with recruits
- Negotiating offers
- Onboarding new recruits
- Participating in new recruit orientation and training
- Contributing to and updating recruiting materials
- Mentoring new recruits through their first three sales
APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- CURRENT Florida real estate license (active or current inactive)
- MINIMUM TWO YEARS real estate sales experience
- PROFICIENCY AND CONSISTENCY demonstrated in at least three social media platforms
- FAMILIARITY with email marketing and at least two email marketing platforms
- GOOD SKILL in written and oral communications
- BI-LINGUAL is preferred
